Preparation for a Health package
1. General Instructions:

Get at least 6-8 hours of sleep prior to the checkup. Lack of sleep may cause abnormal results in blood pressure, heart beat, and body temperature. Avoid alcohol and Cigarette , Non veg at least 2 days Prior

Before going for a complete health checkup package, you should know which tests you want to go for based on your age, health, and gender

2. Fasting Requirements:

Please observe an overnight fast of 8-12 hours before the test. Refrain from consuming any food or beverages, excluding water for Fasting Sugar , or Lipid Profile tests.

3. Iron Supplement Caution:

Avoid taking iron supplements for a minimum of 24 hours before providing the sample.

4. Biotin-Containing Supplements:

It is recommended to discontinue the use of multivitamins or dietary supplements containing biotin (vitamin B7) for at least 2 days prior to the test.

5. Thyroid Medications:

You are generally not required to discontinue your thyroid medications on the test day, unless otherwise instructed by your doctor.

6. Urine Collection Guidelines:

For the urine sample, it is preferable to collect the first morning midstream urine. Utilize the sealed and sterile screw-capped container provided by our sample collection professional. Ensure cleanliness in the urethral area, and prevent the container from coming into contact with your skin. Women are advised to avoid sample collection during menstrual periods unless specifically prescribed.
